FOUNDATION

New to the reformer? This is your go-to. FOUNDATION breaks down the Pilates principles while still giving you that signature Peach House burn. You’ll learn the essentials, get comfy with the equipment, and build the core strength and control that set the stage for every class that follows. It’s beginner-friendly—but definitely not basic.
FLOW

This is the class that defines Peach House Pilates. FLOW keeps things fresh with creative sequences, smooth transitions, and just the right amount of spice. It’s a full-body sculpt using all the props—think gliders, weights, bands, and more. Expect variety, challenge, and major feel-good energy in every session. No two classes are ever the same, and that’s the magic. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
JUST PEACHY

JUST PEACHY is our signature lower-body burner—designed to sculpt your legs, glutes, and core while building serious strength and stability.
Exclusive to Peach House Pilates, this class brings the heat with targeted reformer work and dynamic props like ankle weights, resistance bands, the ball, and magic circle to take your workout to the next level.
BURN

Grounded and powerful. This contemporary athletic-based Pilates reformer class ensures you stay rooted while reaching new heights. Utilizing the jumpboard on the Allegro 2's, this Pilates-based fitness class blends HIIT-inspired bursts with low-impact exercises for a full-body workout. Ignite your entire body and foster growth and vitality with this dynamic and energizing session. We recommend having a basic understanding of Pilates equipment for this class to help you flourish.

Monthly Memberships

Perfect if you plan to take class once a week.
This membership includes 4 classes to use within a 30-day period. Use them on your schedule—once a week, twice in one week, or even four days in a row. It’s entirely up to you.
Classes expire after 30 days and do not roll over.
This membership auto-renews each month and begins at the time of purchase.
A three-month commitment is required.
Memberships may be frozen once every six months for a duration of 2 to 16 weeks. To request a freeze, please email us directly.
We require at least 8 hours’ notice to cancel a class reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your plan.
All service sales are final. No refunds.
Great if you plan to take class twice a week!
This membership includes 8 classes to use within a 30-day period. Use them however it fits your schedule—twice a week, back-to-back days, or spaced out throughout the month.
